Deposit: A 25% deposit is payable when you book and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If cancelling more than 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit your deposit. If cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival you are only entitled to a full refund if a replacement booking is found.
